4. Commission eligibility
Any referral commission is subject to approval, correct attribution of the patient referral, completion of treatment, and full payment of the clinic invoice. No commission is guaranteed unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.
5. Payment timing
If a commission is approved, payment is normally made only after the patient has completed treatment, paid the clinic bill, and the referral has been verified. Cancelled, unpaid, refunded, or incomplete treatments do not qualify for commission.

8. Patient consent and data
Partners must only share patient details, photos, X-rays, or medical-related information if they have permission from the patient to do so. Patient data must be handled respectfully and in accordance with applicable privacy rules.
9. Right to refuse or terminate
DentalTripAlbania.com and Bondorra s.r.o. reserve the right to refuse referrals, reject commission claims, suspend cooperation, or terminate referral relationships where there is misleading conduct, duplicate attribution, poor communication, or breach of these terms.
